Cancellation Policy

Pemi Cabins is a collection of cabins where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. Below is our policy for reservations and cancellations.

Changes to Reservation:
If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us AT LEAST 30 (thirty) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation, a $25 processing fee applies. Email cancellations will not be accepted.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel your reservation IN LESS than thirty (30) days’ notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for the entire balance of your reservation. Email cancellations will not be accepted.

BOOKING CABINS (3) THREE MONTHS OR MORE IN ADVANCE:
50% Non-Refundable Deposit is required by check or money order and the balance is subject to our 30-day cancellation policy. There are No Refunds. Reservations are subject to rate increases that are determined March 1st.
NO SHOWS:
Are subject to the entire balance due, your cabin will be put up for availability and there are no refunds.

MULTIPLE CABIN BOOKINGS:
When booking more than one cabin,
the person who makes the reservation is responsible for the ENTIRE reservation including any damages that might occur. The reservation is to be paid entirely by the person who is named on the reservation. A 100% Non-Refundable Deposit is required and there are no refunds. Email cancellations will not be accepted. FOR ALL HOLIDAY & SPECIAL EVENTS:
Holiday reservations require payment in full, 100% of your stay, by check/cash, after making your reservation. If you must cancel your payment is Non-Refundable.
