14 Cabins nestled on the bank of the
Pemigewasset River. Rustic and inviting 1+2 bedroom
cabins. Some with kitchens, fireplaces and screen in
porches. We offer complimentary coffee, HBO and WIFI.
Our cabins with kitchens come fully equipped and all of
your linens are provided. We accept pets and are open
year round.

Cancellation Policy:
Pemi Cabins is a
collection of cabins where every guest reservation
is both important and special to us. A one night
or 50% deposit, which ever is greater is taken for
reservations made 30 days or more in advance.
If your travel plans change and you must cancel
your reservation, please call us at least 30
(thirty) days* prior to your arrival date to
cancel your reservation, a $25 processing fee
applies. Booking
Cabins 3 (three) months or more in advance 50%
non-refundable deposit is required and is subject
to the 30 (thirty) day cancellation policy.
Reservations are subject to rate increases that
are determined by March 1, 2010.
Multiple Cabin Bookings: A 50%
non-refundable deposit is required and is subject
to the 30 day cancellation policy. The person who makes the
reservation is responsible for the entire
reservation including any damages that might
occur. When the balance is paid it is to be made
by the person who is named on the reservation.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel your
reservation in less than thirty (30) days* notice,
shorten your stay or check out early, please
understand that we must ask you to take
responsibility for your entire reservation.
No Shows are subject to the entire balance due
plus a $25.00 cancellation fee, your cabin will be
put up for availability and there are no refunds.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary
during high impact periods and special requests.
**A 30 day cancellation notice is required on all
cabin bookings, and for all holidays, special
events, high impact periods and special requests
reservations require a non-refundable deposit of
one night or 50% of your total stay, whichever is
greater.
Other Policies:
Check-in: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM. If arriving outside
of check-in times, please call to make
arrangements. When you call or arrive outside the
check-in times, your card will be processed for
the entire stay, and we will provide you with the
details of where your key will be located. We ask
that you come and see us in the morning or when
the office re-opens to check-in.
Check-out: 10:30 AM.
Absolutely No Smoking inside Cabins; however
designated outdoor smoking areas are available. A
$250.00 Charge results for Smoking in the Cabins.
Pets can be accommodated for $10 per pet per
night. Dogs 95 lbs. and under are welcome.
Remember to add your pets stay before finalizing
your reservation or call to make arrangements.
Cabin descriptions outline the number of Adults
and Number of Children that can be accommodated at
one time. Rates are based on double occupancy to
include 2 Adults and children under 13. Additional
guests are $10.00 per person per night.
Guests are responsible for missing items and
damages to the property that occurred while
staying at the Pemi Cabins and your credit card
will be charged for those damages. In addition, if
furniture or kitchen items are moved and not
placed back in its original position or place
there will be an additional charge to your credit
card ranging from $50.00 to $150.00 depending on
the items moved.
$30.00 fee for lost or damaged remote controls
$250.00 Charge for Smoking in the Cabins.
